If you're looking for a place with authentic Ladakhi and Tibetan cuisine in Leh city - this place would be perfect.
Out of all the places I visited that serve the local cuisine - this place had the most number of options, including Ladakhi specialities like Chutagi.
We had Shapta with Tingmo (Tibetan bread) and Mokthuk and each of the items tasted delicious! The food felt like a warm hug after a tiring day of exploring.
It's near the Leh Market but can be easy to miss - just spot the big bird statue and you'll know you have reached the restaurant.
The lighting was a bit dim (maybe that was the mood they were going for).
The servers were also extremely polite & a localute, hence knowledgeable regarding the local cuisine. They recommended us which foods we should try and as per their reccos, we absolutely loved the dishes we ordered.

Indian food was mind blowing and the kathi roll served by Mr Raju was really crispy and delicious. My daughter loved the momos and my wife got amazed by the local tradition food called chu-tagi and I enjoyed kadai chicken with a portion of rice and naan.
