I’m a local here and have been eating here from quite a long time. Today we went with our friends and had the worse experience ever. Long story short… We’ve ordered 5 dishes in total including a stater . After waiting for ages they got the meal however, the main course and the starter came all together. Instead of thenthuk they got chow mein. The irony is that the waiter was telling us that we’ve ordered it (which we didn’t)and said that it’s been recorded in the camera . We’ve asked him to show the footage her refused 🤷♀️. The order for mutton momo as not at all written … baatao? At the end the bill was also not correct first he made us pay ₹800 something and then he said sorry it was a mistake u need to pay ₹ 115 extra … I was not interested to listen instead just paid and came.. my point is … they made mistake in noting the orders and on top the waiting is coming and literally arguing with us in front of 10 diff people and embarrassing us. He was literally like …. Ab aap baatao kya karna hai? Momo order dena hai ya nahi?
Are u kidding me ? After waiting for so long u expect us to wait for another decade for you momo? Really? We had similar issues last year also with the same guy but still went here several times cos it’s near to us. But now no matter what I’ll never go eat here… I’ll walk miles for food but will never go here as long as these people are working...
Read moreWell located and nice ambience, but food lacks a lot of quality, me and my friend ordered a Shasta each, one of chicken other was mutton, both meat were very dry and chewy, the sauce was the worst, looked like those cheap Chinese sauce you buy in marked and the vegetables that were supposed to come ended up being just a few chillies, tomato, capsicum and onions, very less. I was leaving in a Tibetian community and there shapta is a soupy dish with meat cooked in a broth with veggies that consists like carrots, local green leaf, some mushrooms, phing (is a thin noodle), some Sichuan pepper and very comforting food, which this was more like a fake and fast food version. The staff that came to our table seemed nice, but he wouldn't talk to or address words to me, I'm a foreigner and came with an Indian friend, I had to do all by her which she would speak in hindi with him, if I go to any establishment I believe any costumer should be considered, even if we don't speak the same language people try to...
Read moreWorset experience ever! Waiting for long time and the staffs notice I am waiting there but don't even care to say hi or come to attend and take order , just leave me standing in the counter waiting! I don't really think it's the way of service a restaurant should offer.
Lousy service!

I been to many restaurant in Leh, when customer step in the door, at least the staff will say hi or smile or ask how may I help you? Not to mention a customer standing infront of the counter and staring at the attendant and waiting, but the only response is being treated as a invisible person.( I don't think any people will waste their time without any purpose doing such thing)
You say I should take a seat then I will get the service? Quite sorry to know that even I just want to order a meal to go, I need to go through this procedure while other restaurants's staffs just approach and take order while we standing infront of...
