Anny's Artisan Bistro — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

If you're ready to wait for a minimum of 45 minutes even got a portion of French fries, please do ahead and visit this cafe. Let's start with the seating... Very uncomfortable chairs and is not child friendly at all... Waiters were lost and. Ot bothered about the customers at all... And yes the cafe is understaffed. We ordered two chicken dishes which were average in taste... The drinks ( fresh lime soda) took almost an hour to reach our table and we had to ask the staff again and again for our order and drinks. The simple fresh lime soda was also screwed up, it was too salty and my kids just left theirs just like that. The bathroom of the cafe was in a salon and disgusting is the word. Cleanliness and hygiene of a washroom can tell you so much about how safety and cleanliness precautions must be being followed in the kitchen. In this case I would give a negative ten. The staff was using the same facilities as the customers. Ok too of it they also charge you an additional 5 percent service charge for such a poor and pathetic service. Only God knows who manages this restaurant and only the manager knows why they are running such a shoddy cafe. My rating is 1/5. WILL NOT VISIT THIS ...

Pleasant ambience, , well decorated interiors, seating arrangement can be better and less confusing for the customers while securing a table. We tried mostly continental and Chinese, like the grilled fish with lemon butter sauce, chicken steak, lasagna, dim sums. Prices are reasonable for each dish.

While it is a good variety of items that most restaurants in bhopal don’t offer, the taste and effort given into the cooking of some specific dishes can be improved. It’s just okay, not very worthy of calling it an “artisan” gustatory experience

One dinner highlight worthy of mention is a person, most probably the chef came to check on us and the food, while I made mention about the grilled fish which had a particular unpleasant stale taste to it, he was defensive about it and pretty much seemed like not wanting to hear our honest feedback. Hence, better not check on the customers if you dont want feedback.

Big plus point is the quick service, very prompt and commendable!

Pathetic food i must say!! We went with so much expectations to this place and all went in vain. We usually are a fan of “CAFE AMADO” located just beside this so we wanted to try a different place. But it was our fault. The hummus and pita bread was so dry. Bruschetta was like a rotten egg tossed up with some paneer and my wife ordered Masala Lemonade which contained so much of Masala and salt which was totally unpalatable. So guys if you really want to save your money and try some good food never visit this place for sure. “CAFE AMADO” i do recommend because it genuinely contains good food and good crowd too. But i know despite my these reviews, people will come to this place and try this pathetic food. So upto you and all...
