Every time I visit, I specifically ask the staff if the chocolate dip is available before placing my order. They always say yes, but once the order is made, I end up receiving a melting, runny dip that feels like a complete waste of money.

What’s worse is the attitude and behavior of the employees. They are rude, dismissive, and show no willingness to resolve the issue.
