Koffee King — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Prices raised for almost all items. But they have zero focus on the infrastructure of the shop. For three round tables inside the shop there is only one wall mount fan. One feels suffocated and humid. Poor condition of chairs and tables. When we suggest them to atleast install one more fan for their customers, the coffee vendor didn't even say a single word and gave us a sarcastic smile. At the same time, there were 2 girls sitting in this shop did not order anything from koffee king's s menu, instead of that they were eating pani puri's which they got from nearby place and using Koffee kings resources for sitting. But still the arrogant koffee vendor didn't even say a word to them. Third class experience. This was our last visit here. Owner must look after things like this. One can not compensate taste with poor facilities and arrogant partial...

The worst experience that I have among the chain of small to biggest brand cafe in Indore. The people in this cafe are not at all polite. They don't have any courtesy towards the customers. This cafe do not accept coupen. I was having a coupen from Book my show in which there was one on one free offer. I went and primarily showed it to the reception person Mr. Jai Prakash Agrawal, looking on to it he bluntely refused to entertain the same. He said we do not accept coupens. He asked me to call his owner. I called but he didn't picked up. Rather I once again asked him consider, he refused. The cafe is not at all having good furniture or any ambience. One another person was sleeping on the table of cafe and he even was not having the courtesy to get up if a client is coming over there. Ultimately I left with no choice....

Good place, good food and amazing ambiance 😍. Place is located on outskirts of city. Once you go there you'll feel peaceful vibes in open air. Wehave order beverages and some snacks which were good. Only thing bad about them is their sluggish service and obtuse staff which makes you feel like why you choose this place. Apart from staff and management everything...
