We (family members) recently dined at Panchvati Gaurav Thali's Indore branch, drawn by its promise of authentic flavors of Ahmedabad. The food, especially the paneer and okra, was delicious and well-spiced, capturing that homely taste I expected. However, my experience was marred by a few shortcomings. The service staff seemed indifferent, barely engaging with us, bad attitude towards customers and they didn’t offer to serve additional helpings - something that's generally a hallmark of thali dining. We didn't expect this much crowd on Wednesday night. To add to the confusion, the restaurant’s location was hard to find, as they hadn’t listed their exact floor or clear directions on Google Maps. I had visited this restaurant a few years ago and had a very good experience at that time. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. Here’s my honest feedback: Food Quality: • Some of the food items tasted stale. • The khichdi seemed to be made using old rice, not fresh. • One of the sweet dishes also felt stale. • The samosas were clearly refried, not freshly made. Service: • The staff didn’t ask before pouring ghee — they just did it on their own. • When we asked for something specific, the service was slow and items were delivered late. Nice place.... nice ambiance. been their countless times.

This is a place to enjoy full tummy lunch or dinner with their thali. have a variant no of dishes. also if you visit them in weekend. you can have dal batti thali which is also good but can wbe better.

You have so many varieties in their thali and 80% of the items are good.

Service is really fast, staff is polite and quick. You have Plenty of sitting options, depending up on the group size you can choose different style of sitting and tables even enough for 10 to 12 members.

Overall I visited in multiple times and I will visit them again...
