Two basic things that make a chhole bhature EPIC!!!

Number One, the texture and taste of chhole. There is a thin line between chhole getting rightly thick or they get dissolved in the gravy. This outlet has got it absolutely right. The taste, the aroma, the texture of the chhole is way too good.

Number Two, Bhature needs to be fluffy and soft at the same time. Most of the outlets either get it fluffy or get it soft, but this outlet gets it amazingly true to the very soul of the dish.

Taste wise, there is absolutely no complaints as the dish was lip smacking. The owner of the shop takes utter pride in his venture and treats customers with utmost respect and dignity. Most of the people in their trade get away with the importance of having good customer service. But they don't really understand that having good interaction skills can save your business from getting bad reviews if food falters at any point of time. So an extra one star to him for having good interaction skills and for that smiling face.

Delicious! They really serve authentic chole bhature which you get in delhi. Bhature are stuffed with a little grated paneer/cottage cheese, chole/chickpeas curry is lip smacking, perfect spices, not too spicy and taste exactly like what you get in Delhi's chole bhature. I also tried chur chur naan combo, it was also good but wasn't exactly chur chur naan and was rather regular tandoori naan. But overall it's a nice place to have quick bite. They maintain hygiene, accepts cash and mobile payments. Have delivery and takeaway services too. They have self service facility, staff is quite polite and trained, have sitting capacity of around 15-20 folks. Location- when you go to janjeerwala square from industry house, there is apna sweets outlet just take left you can spot...

If you want to eat some great Chole Bhature in budget, this is the place to be. Taste - 5/5 Cost - 5/5 Quantity - 5/5(only if you eat in/dine in) Location - 5/5 Service - 4/5 2 years back I visited I had Dine-in and since the food was soo good I thought to take some home as well and placed another offer. I got in to a little dispute with the owner on the quantity of Chole that he parceled as it was very less and only enough for 1 chole.

Hotel Seating - 3/5 It's simply because I have seen this hotel for past 2 years stuck in same infra and not making any changes and renovation to the place.

But still would give it 5 star only...
