Tealogy Neo Cafe: A Dusty Disappointment
As a regular visitor to Tealogy Neo Cafe over the past few months, I've witnessed a concerning decline in the once-promising ambiance and maintenance of the establishment. Initially, the cafe boasted well-maintained furniture and a pleasant atmosphere. However, recent visits have revealed a stark contrast, with dusty surroundings and neglected maintenance plaguing the space.
Despite the cafe's expansion into a larger area, the absence of sufficient staff to uphold cleanliness has become glaringly apparent. Numerous benches are positioned inappropriately, leading to isolation and discomfort for patrons. During one visit, I observed a staff member attempting to clean tables with a single cloth, using the same side repeatedly. This ineffective method only served to spread messiness and left patches of wetness behind, failing to address the stickiness that persisted on surfaces.
While the culinary offerings remain average, with commendable tea selections, the glaring issue of inadequate maintenance undermines the overall experience. It raises questions about the decision to expand without the necessary resources to uphold standards.
Furthermore, I would advise against the use of fabric furniture for outdoor seating in India's dusty environment. Despite its initial appeal, fabric furniture is prone to fading and accelerated wear and tear. For outdoor seating areas, plastic or metal furniture would be a more practical and durable choice.
In conclusion, while Tealogy Neo Cafe may still offer decent tea and food options, its neglect of maintenance and poor choice of outdoor furniture detract significantly from the overall customer experience. Addressing these issues is crucial to restoring the cafe's...
Read moreI wouldn’t recommend this Tealogy if you care about food taste. It’s a nice place to hang out with friends and chat, especially because of its relaxing outdoor seating. Additionally, the food plating and taste leave much to be desired. This review is based on my 3-4 visits. It’s okay for a casual hangout, it falls short in...

You can simply order a cup of tea and stay for hours. Plus, it's a soothing spot to visit with friends or even for a first date. And the menu is budget friendly as well.
Warning: People who don’t smoke may find it...
