I recently had the pleasure of dining at BLIND CHEMISTRY and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and comfortable. The decor was tasteful, with a perfect blend of modern and cozy elements. Soft lighting and pleasant background music created a relaxing atmosphere that enhanced the dining experience.

The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were quick to provide recommendations and ensured that all our needs were met throughout the meal.

The highlight of the evening was, of course, the food. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. Here are some standout dishes:

TIRAMISU: The dessert was the perfect ending to our meal. It was indulgent without being overly sweet, and the flavors were well-balanced.

The Grilled BBQ Chicken Burger was a masterclass in texture and flavor, with each bite a perfect balance of juicy chicken, crispy bacon, and tangy BBQ sauce.

The Creamy Penne Vegetable Pasta was a revelation - the pasta was cooked to perfection, and the creamy sauce was infused with a depth of flavor that lingered long after the last bite.👉🏼(ask for spices if needed and add some for extra flavour)

But the real star of the show was the Jerk Chicken Skewers - oh. my. goodness!✨ The combination of tender chicken, aromatic jerk spices, and tangy barbecue sauce was absolute perfection. We were hooked from the first bite!

And the drinks? Just as impressive! The Blue Curacao Mojito was a bold departure from our usual Blueberry Mojito, and we were thrilled with the unique twist. And the California Shooter mocktail?🍸🍹 Absolutely divine! The combination of cranberry, strawberry, and watermelon was a symphony of flavors that left us wanting more.

BLIND CH€MISTRY - what to say! If your are a group of friends, and if you want to have some fun filled time in a calm and private place amidst the busy city of Madurai, then this is the place you have to choose. The service was so polite and cordial that we felt so comfortable during our dine. Food quality is just awesome, and try out (CHICKEN PARMESAN and HAZELNUT MILKSHAKE) which was a delight to tastebuds.

To blind chemistry team: My suggestion is that please do make the seating bit more comfortable if possible on the glass window side as we felt a bit un comfortable with the seating arrangements. But other than that, it was a wonderful experience there.
