I recently visited Ashoka Hotel, expecting a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, my encounter was marred by subpar food quality and service.
*Food Quality: The Medu Vada, a staple South Indian dish, was a letdown. Not only was it tasteless, but it was also served cold. Given the hotel's reputation, I expected better.
*Positive Note: The hot coffee was a highlight, rich and flavorful. However, this small redeeming quality wasn't enough to salvage the overall experience.
