Worst Experience Ever — Pathetic Service & Rude Behavior!

I usually don’t take the time to write negative reviews, but this experience left me so frustrated and disappointed that I felt I had to share it. If you’re considering visiting this place — don’t. Just don’t.

From the moment we arrived, things were off. The service was absolutely pathetic, and the staff was shockingly rude, especially one person named Mr. Toofan, who attended our table. He messed up our order and flat-out denied it when we asked for a correction or cancellation, acting like it was our mistake.

To make things worse, the food came over an hour late, and yes — it was still the wrong order. We asked multiple times to pay through the app, and the moment we did, their behavior changed completely. Suddenly we were treated like we were doing something wrong. We were even told to wait for confirmation from the helpdesk before being allowed to leave. What kind of hospitality is that?

And don’t even get me started on the basic service:

Asked for mineral water at least 5 times — never arrived.

Every starter came without chutney, onions, or salt.

Every time we asked, the response was “coming in 5 minutes.” Spoiler alert: it never came.
