Honest Review – Disappointed Every Time Okay, I won’t lie let me just be completely honest. We’ve always chosen Blue Lotus for our big parties because of the ambience and previously good reputation. We’ve hosted multiple events here, with bills ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000. But despite spending so much, the service has consistently disappointed us. Every single time, whether we were a group of 30 or 28 people, they assigned just one waiter to our entire party. We had to wait forever for starters, and when we requested more staff, the workers had no explanation or urgency. The same issue happened during our recent anniversary celebration on 15th June ₹28,000 bill, and again, same poor service. Their team is highly unprofessional and painfully slow. Honestly, we could have ignored that if at least the food was good but that’s not the case. The food tastes bad and even smells off. Back in 2022, they served around 10 starters, which was the only saving grace. But now, they served only 3 veg and 3 non-veg starters, and even those tasted terrible. Poor Parking Facility – Not Worth It The hotel has terrible parking arrangements. They asked all our guests to park in a nearby mall what’s the use of a hotel that can’t even provide proper parking? It took an extra 30 minutes just to park and walk back to the venue, and to make it worse, it was raining heavily that day. Totally inconvenient and frustrating. I would not recommend this place at all. The main course has always been below average, but now that they’ve cut down even on the starters, what’s the point? I strongly do not recommend this place anymore. You’ll be paying a premium for substandard food and shockingly poor service. Better to avoid and choose a place that actually values...

We recently visited this restaurant for dinner and paid nearly ₹8,000, only to be left thoroughly disappointed with both the food and the Service
The food was absolutely subpar. The meats were either undercooked or rubbery from raw, unpleasant meat to dry, flavourless chicken tossed with no taste. The fried fish was overcooked fried dry, and the "sweet dish" had no sweetness or balance. Chicken biryani was particularly awful, with dry, rubber-like chicken and bland rice. It felt like the entire buffet was put together without any care or quality check – an utter waste of hard-earned money.
One of the biggest insults was the Laal Maas, which was a complete disgrace to the authentic Rajasthani dish. It lacked depth, spice, and any resemblance to the rich, traditional flavors Laal Maas is known for
The service was equally disappointing. One of our friends had a 2-year-old child with them, and shockingly, the staff insisted they opt for self-service even for the main course. This was not only inconvenient but completely inconsiderate. The staff was unprofessional, inattentive, and lacked basic hospitality. At a place charging premium rates, we expected at least courteous and helpful service – we received none.
If you want to know how food should not taste and how service should not be delivered, this place is a textbook example. Definitely not recommended, avoid if you value your money and...
