Went here after being suggested by a friend even though there was hardly anyone at the restaurant. We ordered Cheesy blast burger and made it a meal with peri-peri fries and thumbs-up. The burger was below average. The fries were good but on the burger, no spread was used, only one cheesy patty, lettuce and the burger bun with some cheese melted on top. Highly disappointing. Still went on to order the pizza combo (₹249) with Mexican fiesta, 3 piece garlic bread sticks with cold drink. The pizza was a total disappointment- with regular store type pizza base with toppings and some cheese that totally felt like a an experiment made at home. Stores at least try to make it close to real pizza. But these people just gave whatever they want. Garlic bread was just bread roasted with butter and chilli flakes. I was so pissed I wanted to complain then and there. And the orange juice was also very average. These people are not even putting efforts to made the good taste good like the cafe and menu would...

My review is similar to what they are posted already for the lowest ratings in the other reviews. Food is good and tasty without any doubt but the service is terrible. Experienced 2nd time.

1st time we came, we order the dish recommended by the service person. 30 minutes.. our order was not still there.. later we asked and got to know from them that they forgot the order completely.. And again after waiting for 10 more minutes service person came and told that the order we gave (suggested by him only) is not available to prepare... Really???

2nd time.. ordered pasta and a drink. While ordering we explicitly mentioned to bring the drink first.. 30 minutes.. no drink.. no pasta.. they brought after we reminded them.. within this time we also observed the family who visited, waited for 20 minutes on table and left as nobody came to them to ask for the order..

We will visit other branches (for the taste) but...
