it’s a huge place with a variety of seating options. The bar is centrally located . A lot of variety of drinks available. Very unique & creative cocktails. They do have Live music & concerts as well . The food is a feast for the eyes. They have middle eastern, Indian and a lot of fusion dishes

We tried:

Drinks :

Little Bird : muddled orange, pineapple with lemongrass. Smoked with fumes of herbs

Black magic : Orange cubes caramelised and muddled, with a lot more flavours. Cinnamon stick adds to the complex flavours. A must try drink

Appetisers:

Sigara Borek (turkish Cigar roll) . Was a unique dish, tried it for the first time . crisp cigar rolls filled with a cheese salad mix

Papad basket with assorted dip : Regular, sago, rice & ragi papad served with delicious fresh salsa & other dips

Butter chicken bun : Very delicious mini sliders stuffed with butter chicken loaded with boneless chicken chunks. Green chilli mayonnaise added another dimension to the flavours. Served with freshly made banana chips

Barbeque cottage cheese bao: crisp crumb coated cube of paneer & barbeque sauces . Served with kimchi salad , tasted delicious

Margarita kulcha: Definitely must try this! mini kulchas with a stuffing of fresh tomato sauce , basil & cheese

Korean chicken wings : Grilled chicken wings korean style. Sweet n spicy

Murgh ke parche: Creamy succulent chicken tikkas marinated in saffron & cashew nut cream.

Chermoula chicken : middle eastern style chicken tikka served with pita , salad & paprika dip

Mains :

Paneer Bocconcini makhani : a very unique fusion dish . Melt in mouth Koftas made of in house paneer & bocconcini cheese

CTM British style : Rich , thick and delicious spicy chicken tikka masala. One of the best Ive tasted

Paired it with butter garlic naan

Desserts

Baklava : Fresh and crisp baklava was the perfect way to end this decadent meal.

New york style Baked cheesecake. Creamy baked cheesecake topped with a dollop of blueberry compote not too much to overpower the cheesecake flavour, garnished with a blueberry .

Random search for the resto-bar and you find the place perfectly made to match your choice. Filament at wakad is really a beautiful place. First, I was little hesitated because of the road touch location. But, the interior design, seating arrangement, and management does not disappoint you. Ambience: Soothing light arrangement wins our heart. Also, the height of restaurant makes it look grand. Good spacing between the tables and open area does have trees planted in between. Transparent Glass kitchen door makes it clear that they do have hygienic food conditions. Well well, we loved the vibes and songs played by DJ too. (30th Dec 2023) Food: Lajawab... Different style of food and that too tasty. First we ordered root basket. Yummy different root chips with periperi. We find it original. Then we went for Turkish dish - Chicken Gozleme. This was so yum (I had two of the total 4 servings). Do try it. Last one we had, was a rice recipe - Chicken Machboos. It was good too and smelling wow. Are you going for a bar menu. Give a try to cocktails there. Long Iceland Iced Tea, and BullFrog (it must be blue LIIT, just check if you are an expert) were our choice of cocktails. Our Friend asked for pink colored Gin with tonic water. And believe me, everything was perfect to its taste and feeling. Service: A very few of the restaurants feel welcoming these days. Filament was overall full of joyful people. Captain was knowing the dishes thoroughly and could explain them to us. Just one request - minimize the use of water by avoiding giving new plate per serving. Some people will be fine with it. Or, you can ask them initially. Good service from reception to the dance floor. DJ was playing different tracks and those are not played in many restaurants. So we enjoyed the music as well. Next time, thinking to play pool game.
