We entered The Gazebo World of Veg with high hopes as my family and I were famished. However, the experience started on the wrong note. Parking was a long walk away, there was no valet service, and the parking area reeked of burnt plastic (as if we don’t already have enough pollution).

Upon entering the restaurant, we encountered the first red flag: the music was excessively loud. Please understand, some background music is fine, but blaring speakers in everyone’s ears is far from pleasant, especially when families are coming in for lunch.

We asked the attendant what we could order that would arrive quickly since we were very hungry. He suggested classic nachos, but these took an agonizing 35 minutes to arrive. When they finally did, they were far from worth the wait—there were no baked beans or any substantial toppings to elevate the dish.

Adding to our frustration, when the nachos finally arrived, the waiter asked if we wanted to order masala papad while waiting for the main course. This was, without exaggeration, one of the most absurd suggestions I’ve ever heard. Why wasn’t this wisdom shared when we first asked for a quick snack? My family was furious at the remark, but we had no choice but to order something as we were desperate by then.

We eventually ordered a Chinese main course, but both the quantity and quality were far below average. The service was largely to blame for the disappointment—the waitstaff were utterly clueless and unhelpful.

No idea why this restaurant is having 4 rating. actually this restaurant is not expecting you to come eat and pay. Horrible place to have food. Old dusty covered shed and canopy to seat whithout proper fan facility. Staff is not bothering about your concerns. No one come to attend your table if you got that some how. If any one came to attend he start searching another person for you and its kind of chain reaction. Place is not clean. Staff will not guide you incase you are asking about dish test like sweet, salty or spicy. He will just say mild. now if all dishes are in same test he will say I told you it will be mild but what you won't understand the meaning of mild. Some how if you ordered your dish, you need to request for cutlery and may be need to escalate with manager too. please find the screenshot of proof. Once you finished your food they will ask you do you want finger bowl? expactation is if you can wash you hand in rest room that will be good for them. One staff was roming here and there and he was fully frustrated may be he was hungry. he was not arguing but we were thing if we will ask anything again may be he will ask us. please have food somewhere else.

I regret to inform you that my recent visit to your establishment left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality of the food. I feel compelled to provide feedback on the specific items I ordered, as they were far below acceptable standards.

The chilli potato dish I received was a complete disaster, as it was drenched in an excessive amount of sugar syrup. The overwhelming sweetness completely ruined the dish, leaving me bewildered by such a misguided culinary choice.

Additionally, your so-called "cheese balls" were served to me in an utterly unappetizing state. They were cold, resulting in a complete loss of flavor and texture. It was a disappointing attempt at a dish that should have been warm and indulgent.

Lastly, I must express my disbelief at the burnt soup I received. The charred flavor was not only unpleasant but rendered the soup practically inedible. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to serve such subpar and poorly prepared dishes.
