I recently visited the Food Court at Elpro City Square, and the atmosphere there was amazing, a solid 10/10. The food tasted really good, I would rate it a 9/10. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service, which I would give a 6/10. Some of the employees seemed to have an attitude problem, and they were not very friendly or patient when explaining things. I felt like they were getting annoyed with me for not understanding what they were saying. It was a bit frustrating because, as a common person, I just wanted a simple and pleasant experience. The only place where I had a good experience with the service was at McDonald's. The staff there was friendly and helpful. Overall, the food court has great food and a nice atmosphere, but I hope they can improve their service and make it more customer-friendly in the future.
