The experience overall was okay but they harassed me everyday to give a review which was quite irritating, I understand the need for a good review but everyday requesting the customer is a little burdensome. The employees are really helpful and considerate but the condition of the rooms are below average as you can see in the video, cockroaches are roaming around the room, the sheets were kind of dirty even after it being changed but for an overnight stay it is fine I guess. Review for lodging, not restaurant. Hotel management doesn't know what hygienic means. Hotel sheets were not clean and used, only after showing they replaced it. Also, water in the morning is not even warm. For the rate, it's really a big disappointment. Don't go based on the pics. Other guests were also complaining. They really dont know the business of hospitality. They should invest time to learn and provide whats promised. However, the kids working there are good and respectful, hence 2 stars.
