I recently visited the KFC outlet at Elpro City Square Mall, and I must say it was an excellent experience! I ordered a bucket, and the food was fresh, crispy, and absolutely delicious, as always.

What truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by Arvind. He was exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that my order was perfect and that I had a pleasant experience. His warm hospitality and helpful nature added a personal touch to the visit, making it truly memorable.

The outlet itself was clean and well-maintained, with a great ambiance to enjoy a quick meal. KFC is known for its amazing chicken, but the service at this location, especially by Arvind, sets it apart.

Zero star service at this KFC outlet at Elpro mall. Pathetic is the best word to describe the service provided by the staff at this KFC outlet. Especially when you order food using Zomato or Swiggy. The order never gets handed over in time. And to add, the delivered order is never the same as order. Not sure if the working staff there is literate enough to read and understand the order. Better to shut down the outlet than to provide orders with a delay of 2 hrs. KFC at Chinchwad premium plaza is much better and efficient. There is no comparison. People reading this review. If you want to save money and most importantly want a better service. Stop going to the KFC at Elpro Mall. The word PATHETIC is better compared to the service at this KFC. I visited this place on 22/07/2025 with my family on the occasion of my birthday. We thought it would happy & delightful experience however it turned out to be worst. After placing an order, we have received it after 40 minutes with lot of follow-up. Even the order was incomplete & KFC employee asked us to wait for the remaining items (which was chicken popcorn). We finished our food still there were no signs of the last item. So again after 15 minutes of argument I got my popcorn.

& It's not only with me but with all customers. Employees were delivering wrong orders, delaying it & even there was no body to attend the customer complaints.
