Teppanyaki concept usually has the chef cook 90% of the menu items on the grill in front of you however the chef just made 1 item on the grill and the rest was done in the kitchen at the back. I ordered grilled lamb and it was not cooked live. At 10.50 after cooking the lamb in the back kitchen it was sent out with the server and the chef disappeared. Ac was also switched off while we were still eating and it started getting warm. On asking they said chef left and for ac they said it's time to close. We were not even asked if we need something more. Ac should be on till your customer leaves. You are a 5 star hotel charging 5 star rates. Lamb was slightly under cooked but no one cared enough.
