1 star because can’t give 0 stars, had been to Niyaaz restaurant for dinner it took almost 10 mins for them to attend our table and after giving the menu they disappeared for another 10 mins we had to literally go to the counter to ask for some1 to attend us, a senior person came and took the order he was very polite, we ordered for a kebab starter and a Mutton biryani at once the kebab was very dry and not at all flavourful so we ordered chicken satay directly to the waiter he went and brought the biryani we said first let us have the starter and then biryani he said you ordered the biryani first we asked him to get the biryani after serving chicken. Satay which was delicious he took it back after we finished the starter we waited for another 15 mins and then the waiter came and said that the mutton biryani is over and he can give chicken biryani, we said we had ordered the biryani at first itself he started arguing that you should not have sent it back, seeing ko point in arguing we called the manager but the captain came when we asked him to call the manager 1 person with specta came and said the same thing when we said we will not pay the bill then a bald person in plain clothes came and claimed to be manager and said he will arrange when i asked how will you arrange dum biryani he said the rice will be dum and mutton boiled pieces seeing no point in the logic we asked to bring the chicken biryani the biryani was full of masala and not hot as we expect a dum biryani to be the gravy served was also cold the raita was watery after having that we had no guts to try the desserts which we had seen while entering in the display and were eager to try, I know it’s a very long comment but I want the management to see the ordeal a customer faces where such a beautiful and Famous restaurants reputation is ruined by such useless staff especially the Manager he was the...

Giving 2 stars for food taste. I had ordered Biriyani. It was was really good, no over use of unnecessary spices and colours.
I had ordered full chicken dum biryani, but when waiter bought the dish it was like a half biryani. I asked him, I had ordered full Biryani and this is half biryani, he said so this is full biryani only and "it is enough for one person." (Ek Banda kha ke chala jayega. Aap khalo) I was very disappointed with the quantity of biryani and when I saw the other dishes, it’s a same case with other dishes from this restaurant. Price is high as compare to other restaurants in same area. And quantity is less.
Please see the attached pictures of Dirty toilet and wash basin. I wanted to have a lunch, so I went to this restaurant. When I went inside a bathroom area, I found the dirty toilet. And when I decided to wash my hands before having the food, there was no water through the tap. Two buckets were placed to wash hands but water inside the buckets was also dirty. how can someone be so unprofessional to keep running a restaurant Without water in bathroom or wash basin. That too in the main area of the city. Near...

The ambiance of Niyaz is warm and inviting, adding to the overall dining experience. However, one downside is the pricing of sweets, which tends to be on the expensive side. Still, the quality and taste of the food justify the visit.
Niyaaz competes strongly with Qaswa Hill in terms of flavor, variety, and overall experience. If you’re a biryani lover or looking for a satisfying non-vegetarian meal in a pleasant setting, Niyaz is...
