Ambiance and Facilities: Oven-Fresh boasts a large and aesthetically pleasing interior with ample parking space, making it an attractive spot for families and groups. The decor and general atmosphere are quite welcoming, which initially raised our expectations for a pleasant dining experience.

Service: Despite the restaurant's size, the service was disappointingly slow. Upon arrival, we waited for almost 45 minutes before being seated, even though there were only a few families waiting outside. This long wait seemed unreasonable given the capacity of the restaurant.

Once seated, we faced another long wait of about 45 minutes just to receive our food. Even the soup, which is typically served quickly, took a minimum of 40 minutes to arrive. This extended waiting time was frustrating, and some family members even fell asleep at the table due to the prolonged delay.

Food: The menu at Oven-Fresh offers a variety of options, with the advantage of providing half portions for many dishes, which is a thoughtful touch. However, the food prices are on the higher side, and the portions served are not particularly generous.
