A week before I visited first time in POKKET CAFร‰, Pimple Saudagar and it was mesmerising! Itโ€™s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The cheese topped Classic Italiano pizza is to die for choice. IT WAS FIRE!! They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and soothening . More importantly the staff is very friendly. I can tell that making customers happy is their main priority. Food is delicious with variety of mouth-watering dishes on list. Pretty good, Italian classics, melting momosโ€ฆI love it. For their prices itโ€™s 100% worth it. We are so fortunate to have this place in Pimple Saudagar. Ambience is soothening with good vibes, pleasent musical beats and refreshing interior, both upstairs and downstairs. Mocktails ..wow, great with lovely selection of juices. I have been a regular customer of POKKET Cafรฉ Chinchwad. But this particular POKKET Cafรฉ outlet is bad.

Very bad ambience. No CoVID-appropriate behaviour during CoVID. No masks, no sanitiser, no hand gloves, no head coverings for cook.

Purchased Peri Peri fries, lady asks me if I want Mayonnaise sauce which would cost extra โ‚น20. Whereas, other POKKET outlets where I have been eating for quite some now offer it by default with same prices.

Exorbitant item prices not inline with other POKKET outlets. Took my mobile number but not ready to provide a receipt; the lady lied to me that the receipt will be sent to my mobile. After 1 month, still...

We ordered cheese loaded nachos and cheesy creamy fries, as u can see in pics cheese and mayo is only at top, which cheese they have used don't know it's not fresh for sure.

We asked waiter from which angle is this loaded??? His answer is horrible. Owner shout them if they make it cheesy.. seriously!!! Then why they have mention " Cheesy " "Loaded"

Any ways we paid 300 rs bill. Without any satisfaction.

Overall bad experience.. Do not go to...

We tried Chatpata French fries + oreo thick shake + veg crispy burger + shikanji cooler. The quality of Fries and Shikanji was top class. Oreo thick shake was not much special but it was good like a normal thick shake which we can get at any place. The burger was okies, it was not tasteful as I expected. Overall good experience and you should visit once.
