Extremely rude and untrained staff

Doesn't even listen to the complete order before telling me customizations are not allowed.

I was not even asking for customizations

I was asking to chop the veggies smaller. Are you telling me that I can't even ask them to chop the veggies!!!???

And they change staff every day - every week I have to repeat.

Even if I am suggesting something they can't do, they can at least wait to listen what I'm saying. Let me finish the sentence - instead they interrupt midway.

And when I told them their mistake and my prev experience (my minor customization of chopping veggies smaller is always accepted),

They shout back and argue with you.

Even the manager is sitting their agreeing with them and their rude behaviour.

I visited Subway Pimple Saudagar outlet. I am a vegetarian and opted for Veg option and the guy on the veg counter was nicely preparing my order. I was annoyed when the person who was on NON VEG counter came and dip his hand in the veg counter directly. This is not acceptable and when I objected he was very rude. This should not be allowed and every individual customer should be respected as per his/her belief. Person serving non-veg should not dip his hands in veg counter just to complete his work. Overall Subway products are tasty, but such behaviour is not tolerated. Hope this should be avoided in...
