Hotel Temple Tree Shirdi is a fantastic place to stay within Shirdi and one of the fewer luxury accomaditions in the city.

As soon as we drove through the hotel gates and arrived at the Drop Off area, a beautifully dressed doorman in a tradditional costume greeted us and led us to the lobby.

The lobby is extravagant and opens up to an atrium. Check-in formalities were easily completed with the kind staff giving us an early check-in.

After sipping the welcome drink (a traditional drink in the region), we went to our room. Some floors are in the process of getting renovated, but there is no sound pollution nor any disturbance.

The lift opens up to an airy corridor with a lift lobby where chairs are placed. Soon, we entered our room, and the hotel staff even helped us with our luggage. The rooms were state-of-the-art with all the modern facilities you can expect at an internationally renowned 5-star hotel in a highly tourist/pilgrimage area (the only thing missing was a mini fridge!).

All toiletries were top-notch, and the rooms felt bright, spacious, and had a touch of luxury.

The hotel also had a highly entertaining magic show, with the kind hearted magician personally inviting guests to watch his complimentary and often times private show. After being awed by the magic show, we used the hotel swimming pool. There is a kids pool and a normal adults pool. The pool has towels onsit,e but NO changing/restrooms or lifeguard on duty.

The pool was temperature-controlled and made swimming a pleasure! Poolside chairs dotted the pool, and after exitting the pool area there was an extravagant playground, sprawling gardens, an onsite temple, kiosks selling goods in the outside area of the resort.

Inside, there is a gift shop, a banquet hall with a separate entrance, a business centre, a toddler play area, a games room on the first floor, and a concierge on the lobby level. The resort had plenty of parking, tight security, and even a rooftop offering mesmerizing views of the farmlands and the city.

Despite being a bit far from the temple, Temple Tree Shirdi provides a complimentary private shuttle 24/7 to make worshipping in the temple more accessible.

The hotel does not offer any Shirdi maps/brochures, nor does it have a wellness center/spa/gym/sauna, and only has one restaurant: Cafe Temple Tree and round the clock room service. Inside the room, there was a booklet explaining a bit about what to do in and around Shirdi, the temple's timings, and the facilities available at the hotel.

The hotel's decor reflected the pilgrimage setting with numerous beautiful photos of Sai Baba ji. The resort also provides unlimited tea/coffee, toiletaries, and also water (very handy for going out). The next day, at breakfast, the variety is amazing.

There is almost every Indian pure veg dish commonly eaten during breakfast, along with some western favorites like maggi flavored pasta, Smiley potato, steamed vegetables, sandwiches, salads, yoghurt, fruits, juices, breads, cereals, a nd more. The Indian options included Dosa, Idli, Wada, sabudana khichi, Parantha, misal pav, jalebi, halwa, and other sweets (both continental and indian). There was also a wide selection of juices, freshly brewed coffee, and masala chai available.

The waitress at breakfast, Aditi, was exceptionally kind and dedicated to enhancing our dining experience. She went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were fulfilled, so great job to Overall this hotel provides everything you would ever need to make your pilgrimage more comfortable, while having a great time overall - from the breakfast to the pool, all our needs were fulfilled, and every individual we interacted with was kind-hearted, offering genuine, good-natured hospitality to each and every guest.

Overall, we would HIGHLY RECCOMEND this place when visiting Shirdi as this is one of the best if not THE best hotel in Shirdi. Must visit and...

We stayed at this hotel from 6th to 8th of Dec 2023. The hotel premises are really nice & the food is amazing!! The transport coordinator at the reception is soft spoken & prompt in catering to your travel needs. The kitchen staff is cordial and always available for any additional requests, specially Mr. Guru ,who is a gem! The reception staff needs a lot of training & professionalism though.Watch out for the girls at the reception staff ( they feel it's a primary school and if the customer wants some help, they should giggle and be nasty like a child!)specially a lady called Anagha.I had prepaid the entire stay online & received a confirmation as well through email, however when we reached the hotel ,they asked us to pay for the stay.I had to show the email print out of confirmation to them to prove that it has all been paid. This is understandable as there are chances of human error /miscommunication & they may not be aware of the email confirmation( which they should have). However, the day we were leaving for mandir and were in the taxi Ms Anagha asked me to come out of the taxi & again asked to show the proof of payment( when I had already given the print out of proof of prepayment to them on the first day of check-in ). I had asked another lady earlier for late checkout and she was gracious enough to confirm its possible. However,Ms Anagha jumped in again into the conversation and after smirking and being nasty said the hotel is booked out and even with extra payment we cant do late checkout. However when I later spoke with another reception person named Kushal ,he said its vacant and with extra money for late checkout its easily done! I really feel their Kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, transport ,pr everythingrythibg except reception specially the lady mentioned above is good. But being nasty to your customers just because you are a negative person who likes being mean simply shows that the person needs to get more training in how to be cordial with your customers.

Overall an excellent hotel with everything perfect & beautiful except for a couple of experiences with the reception staff mentioned above! I was giving the feedback during checkout and the staff was staring at me point blank! I mean is this a kind of joke for them!I really feel the owner should take the feedback about reception seriously and take action to train them well, as the experience with the reception really is a black mark on their reputation. Highly recommended only if they plan a really advanced hotel management training to their...

Great Location and Comfortable Rooms, but Limited Amenities and Average Service I recently stayed at Hotel City Point Shirdi 2 days , and wanted to share my experience. Overall, my stay was satisfactory, with a few pros and cons worth noting.

Firstly, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to access the popular attractions and places of worship in Shirdi. Whether you are visiting the famous Sai Baba Temple or exploring the local area, the hotel's location is definitely a big plus.

The rooms at Hotel City Point are also worth mentioning. They were spacious, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness and quality of the rooms were commendable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

However, I did find the amenities to be somewhat lacking. While the rooms were excellent, the overall amenities offered by the hotel were not up to par. It would have been desirable to have a wider range of facilities and services to enhance the overall guest experience. The limited amenities may be a point to consider if you have specific expectations or requirements during your stay.

Regarding the services provided by the hotel, they were satisfactory, but not exceptional. The staff was polite and helpful, but there were instances where the service could have been more prompt and attentive. Nevertheless, they were willing to assist whenever needed, ensuring a decent level of service throughout my stay.

In conclusion, Hotel City Point Shirdi offers an excellent location and comfortable rooms, which are the primary factors contributing to a positive experience. However, the limited amenities and average service may leave some guests wanting more. If you prioritize convenience and comfort over extensive amenities, this hotel could be a suitable choice for your...

Hotel Temple Tree is well-maintained 4-star property located in a posh area, very close to the Sai Baba Temple. It offers great value for money with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The rooms are equipped with convenient features like beds with attached admirals, safe hangers, a steam press, and ironing board. The washrooms are equally large and modern, with hair dryers provided. Room service is prompt and efficient. The hotel also has excellent recreational options — a dedicated kids' area with snooker and carrom board, plus a large swimming pool facing a serene Sai Baba temple within the premises. For those interested, there's also a shop inside the hotel where you can buy Sai Baba murtis. One major highlight is the hotel's affordability — it’s truly budget-friendly for the amenities it offers. Suggestions for Improvement: The only drawback is the centralized air-conditioning, which needs better cooling, especially during warmer days. Nearby Food Options: While the hotel food is limited, Shirdi offers healthy and affordable food nearby. Two recommended spots are: Madhuban Saattvik Restaurant – 20-minute walk or 8-minute drive. Hotel Saravana Bhavan – Known for tasty and hygienic South Indian food. Overall, a great place to stay in Shirdi if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and affordability near the temple.

Great place in Shridi. Also very near to Shirdi temple. Food is amazing and with best in class serving. Swimming pool can be cleaner and play area slides are broken. So be careful. Indoor play area is nice too.

Review: Temple Tree Hotel, Shirdi My recent stay at Temple Tree Hotel in Shirdi was deeply disappointing, especially considering the premium price paid for a so-called “premium” room. Upon arrival, we were given a room with a broken air conditioner during peak summer — unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging top-tier rates. Repeated calls to reception yielded no action, and only after personally going down to the front desk was the issue escalated. The second room offered wasn’t any better — no fridge, and to make matters worse, the bedsheets were filthy with what appeared to be food stains or worse. Shockingly unhygienic. We were then moved again, only to find the same issues: dirty bathrooms, no fridge, and visible neglect in cleanliness. Even the walkways were dusty and poorly maintained. This hotel severely lacks in basic upkeep and standards. In my opinion, it doesn’t deserve more than a 2-star rating. The only saving graces were the convenient pickup/drop-off service and a decent breakfast. But those alone don’t make up for the overall experience. I won’t be returning here and would strongly advise fellow travelers to explore better-maintained options in Shirdi.
