(Nothing much just like any other Domino's hub) Edit : this my 2nd time reviewing after 6years gave 4 ⭐ rating however it's gonna change today for the same outlet, visited with my colleagues after long time yesterday evening but very disappointed with the service the person who took the order was not attentive missed our 2 order's, was expecting while we ate the other order we received,until we check the bill we came to know! anyway mistakes happens we are easy going people so we ordered again, 2nd there was no complimetry ketchup available which is also fine it happens may b out of stock but the main issue here I'm disappointed was the person who was taking the order wasn't attentive at all which is why she missed our order. It is also our fault as she was repeating her order we didn't notice 2 item she didn't mention that we don't deny but while ordering she was chatting with her fellow colleagues,she acts nonchalant, her mind was focused on something else where we had to repeat the order, very disappoint with the service, professionally not efficient, in hospitality industry we say "The Guest is always right" but we left feeling the guest is wrong and the Server's is right anyway love the garlic bread and...

The best pizza out there. Easily available in Laitumkhrah as well as Police Bazar so if you live close by Laitumkhrah it's a win for you and the employees are also very kind and sweet they are very patient and understanding. The menu is also great it has a lot of varieties for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, in terms of pizzas and also other types of side foods like Pasta, Garlic Breadsticks, Stuffed Garlic Breads, Taco and Burger Pizza. There are also some desserts which tastes really great by the way like the Choco Lava Cake and the Butterscotch Mousse Cake and I would have to say that the Butterscotch Mousse Cake is my favourite. They do home deliveries too so if you don't feel like going anywhere just give them a call and a few minutes later you get your food right in front of your house. If you have not visited this place, do give it a visit I'm sure you'll not regret it. Oh and they have just released new additions to the menu and they have a different good taste. Domino's store managers in Shillong are the worst . Many times i had complaint about Domino's services in Thana Road outlet, so thought to visit Laitumkhrah store. We wanted to order 2 medium Pizza

The manager was denying medium size pizza because the dough was finished . I cannot imagine, how dough for regular is available and not for medium.. I asked in the counter that are they not delivering medium pizza online also ?? But didn't get any reply to it.

So we ordered 3 medium pizza But While i was in the outlet i ordered same medium pizza through app and it was accepted, i wanted to cancel it but couldn't find any cancellation option, after 20min i got a call asking where i want my pizza to be delivered.. i told the guy about the scenario and asked to cancel it since i am already having my pizza in the outlet.. I am regular Dominos Customer since they came to Shillong, i prefer their pizza because i find it better than pizzahut but this type of experiences ruining their...
