Title: A Culinary Journey at 1993: The Container Kitchen in Mira Road East
Nestled in the heart of Miraroad East, 1993: The Container Kitchen offers a delightful gastronomic experience paired with a charming ambience. Our recent visit left us captivated by the fusion of flavors and the unique setting.
Ambience: The restaurant's ambiance is a standout feature, with an innovative use of shipping containers to create a rustic yet modern setting. The dim lighting and comfortable seating enhance the overall dining experience, making it an ideal spot for a casual evening or a special celebration.
Menu Exploration: Our culinary journey began with the aromatic Panneer Handi, a rich and creamy cottage cheese curry that showcased the chef's expertise in blending spices. The dish had a perfect balance of textures, and the subtle smokiness added a delightful depth of flavor.
Accompanying the main course was the indulgent Garlic Naan, a soft and fluffy bread with just the right amount of garlic infusion. Each bite was a perfect complement to the hearty Paneer Handi, elevating the dining experience.
For refreshment, we opted for the Watermelon Mojito, a refreshing concoction that provided a burst of fruity flavors. The drink was not overly sweet, allowing the natural sweetness of the watermelon to shine through, making it an ideal choice to cleanse the palate.
Sip of Sweetness: Next on our culinary adventure was the KitKat Milkshake, a dessert in a glass. The creamy milkshake blended with KitKat created a luscious treat that satisfied our sweet cravings. The presentation was also noteworthy, with crushed KitKat adorning the top, adding a playful touch to the overall aesthetics.
Tandoori Delight: Our feast concluded with the Panner Tikka Tandoori, a dish that showcased the chef's mastery in the art of tandoor cooking. The paneer cubes were marinated to perfection, resulting in a smoky, charred exterior and a tender, flavorful interior. It was a fitting end to our culinary journey, leaving us with a lingering taste of the authentic tandoori experience.
In conclusion, 1993: The Container Kitchen stands out not only for its delectable offerings but also for its inviting atmosphere. The Panneer Handi, Garlic Naan, Watermelon Mojito, KitKat Milkshake, and Panner Tikka Tandoori collectively create a symphony of flavors that make this dining establishment a must-visit for food enthusiasts in...

Read moreCool, cozy place for youngsters. The concept is really nice and the owners have put in a commendable effort in setting up the ambience. Visited the restaurant with my Wife and Kid, food is good and decently priced. Ordered 2 staters - chicken Sholay which was well cooked and tasted excellent and the other one was Pomfret Tandoori which was quite decent. They served some really tasty salad and green sauce as well along with the starters. Staff is quite good and the guys managing the place are really decent and hospitable. The place also has a pool table and you can enjoy it for free. Something more interesting here are the pet persian cats which is very exciting for animal lovers and kids. A separate section is dedicated for Seesha fans with a dastarkhaan and tent style setup. Cherry on top is the free wifi access and yes it works!! Finally a decent place in Mira Road to hangout. Kudos to the owners and the staff working here. Recommended and will definitely...
