Baithack cafe Srusthi -Mira Road — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

Underwhelming first experience. It looks like they are short of staff, the table was not cleaned before we took the seat. No tissue papers, ketchup etc on any table. The reception/counter desk is so oddly placed, one cannot even make an eye contact to call the staff for ordering food or asking for anything. One has to get up go to the counter. We had ordered a cold coffee, masala tea initially. The cold coffee was ready within 2 mins (which was actually just coffee slush, coffee and crushed ice) and the masala tea took 12-15 min. The Paneer Majedar sandwich was okay for the price. There was no staff to get the food to the table, they were just randomly calling out dish names. I don't understand if two people order the same dish, how are they supposed to know whose dish is ready to collect from the counter? This level of service is not expected from a brand like Baithack which has multiple franchisees all...

Ambience: One of the best places to hangout in Mira road with some beautiful lighting and thus a pretty good music choice going on throughout the day and evenings as well. People chill, jamming sessions and some gossip with a crazy kulhad coffee always. Good open seating as well as indoor. self service makes it much more worthy of wanting to have it sooner. Clean and neat too.

Food: A lot of variety when it comes to having veggies and thus too rated for sure with good yummy food and thus beverages at its best. From Maggie to pasta to brownies.. these are super tasty and consistent at their peak. Must try are the panini and ultimate cold coffee and thus the jalapeno shots.

Staff: Super friendly and thus cooperative always. very humble and kind and thus the owner itself is an inspiration to working quick and serve the customer with ease and grace and full dedication. One of the best. More power to you...

Once any restaurant thinks it has reached its peak that's when they start falling . The owner has kept some chapri at the counter who doesn't know the difference between food item served and is highly chapri yes that's right the perfect word for him , when said thats not I wanted he he said take it or leave it , and telling him that that's not what I wanted still acted arrogant and then after asked multiple times for the refund nealy threw the money on me as if he was doinga fovour on me and asked me to get lost .. that's there standard . I wonder how these people operate .. and keep these kind of staff especially on the counter . Ek complain food department ko jayega sab nakad...
