Natural Ice Cream is an ice cream brandowned by Mangalore-based Kamaths Ourtimes Ice Creams Pvt. Ltd. It was founded by Raghunandan S Kamath who opened its first store at Juhu, Vile Parle (Mumbai) in 1984. The company manufactures under Kamaths Ourtimes and retail operations under its subsidiary company Kamaths Natural Retail Pvt. Ltd. Kamaths Ourtimes is an ISO 22000:2005 certified company.

The chain currently has 135 stores across India, with 8 stores under direct control and the rest as franchised locations. The stores are present in key cities of Maharashtra, Karnataka,  Goa, Telangana, Kerala, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh,Punjab, Rajasthan and Delhi NCR Region. In the fiscal year 2014–2015, with a total retail area of 60,000 sq. ft, the chain's annual retail turnover crossed Rs. 115 crores.

The brand's only production facility is situated in Charkop, a suburb of Kandivali in Mumbai, India. The company supplies to its own stores everyday, which is unique in the Indian ice cream industry. Though I have no complain with the quality of the ice cream or the taste but the attitude of the staff at this outlet is not very pleasant. If we have a concern, instead of help us resolve or clear the doubts, the staff very rudely denies to it and gives a very cold shoulder to the client. I had ordered 5 scoops of ice creams to be put in cones but in one of them, I felt the quantity was less compared to what we always get, when I asked the staff, he told me it's proper and he won't give extra, I am sure it won't have been more than 4-5 taster spoons which is given free if asked for. But the attitude by which the staff responded was like as if I am asking for a free ice-cream. When I went to write a feedback for the same, the cashier very conveniently told me to get it weighed if I have a doubt instead of writting a feedback. I told him we have already started to eat the ice cream to which he said, sorry I can't help. I don't understand why is it so difficult for brands to maintain their standard...

A natural ice cream is delightful always.

Everyone has their favorite flavors whether seasonal ones or all year round ones.

A tub of naturals ice cream served up as a surprise post dinner treat brings smiles all around and even those on self imposed carefulness about sweets enjoy a helping or two or three or more (might as well finish the tub someone or the other says)

Tender coconut and water melon are cooling n soothing, coffee walnut is a hit and the seasonal flavors are a joy. Can I tell you the taste topper ? It mangoes & cream or mangoes and tender coconut ice cream in summer.
