KFC — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

I wish i could give the food a zero star because i have 2 main reasons for this, point number 1. the cost was 1285.07 rupees for items being Big 12 - chicken Bucket, Hot & Crispy chicken - 2 pc, Hot Chicken wings - 4 pc which IMO was not worth this amount maybe i would pay 500 rupees at the most so the price was way too high "especially" which brings me to point number 2. point number 2. when i order KFC chicken i anticipate the chicken pieces to be previously marinated in butter milk first, then removed and rolled in the flower which contains the eleven secret herbs and spices which may i add includes white pepper and celery salt which i noted only two of the herbs out of the eleven (hint hint) "BUT" to my utmost disappointment (as a foreigner) born in NZ raised in AU and residing in this great country India with my Indian wife ( love you dear) i could only taste peri peri masala and not a SINGLE ingredient of the original herbs and spices in the batter could be seen or tasted "NOT EVEN ONE" and peri peri masala is NOT one of those spices, and it should be deep fried in the authentic peanut oil not in the reused local oil from a road side shop without a single window. SHAME ON YOU, this restaurant and all of them which serve this counterfeit chicken and call it KFC should be without hesitation be CLOSED DOWN, after looking for a resolution which mind you is only on a Zomato app all i got out of my disappointment was a small refund of 320.51 rupees, i should have been given full refund or at least half the amount as a refund, very poor resolution, i will never order this ever again.

Everyone no need to send email to feedback@kfcindia.co as they don't even read the mail or respond, this franchise needs to be closed permanently, the restaurant is a mockery to the original brand, go media and social media and expose this location then this franchise will be more than likely be forcefully closed, worst personnel and food items in Mira...

I have visited many KFC outlets before, and honestly, whenever I went with my family and friends, my experience was good. But today, I had a very bad and disappointing experience. The staff was extremely casual, busy talking among themselves instead of paying attention to customers.

On top of that, regarding the food, even after the timer board showed the time was up, we were still made to wait another 10–15 minutes. We had ordered the Sunday offer which included 2 Pepsi, 1 Mojito, 1 bucket of chicken, and 1 chicken strips. After waiting 15 minutes to receive everything, the chicken strips came another 10 minutes late. The food was also too oily and not at all up to KFC’s standards.

When I entered, I even noticed the manager sitting at a guest table, and the AC was not working. I informed them about it, but the staff simply ignored me.

After that, I ordered the Epic Beverage Rizz Fizz, and only after 5–7 minutes they told me it was not available. Then I ordered a Pepsi and French Fries combo instead, but the fries were served completely cold.

I was always impressed by their customer service. I visited a KFC outlet for the first time in Kolkata, when it just started its operations. I still remember I asked the rep whether I can get a cold drink instead of whatever they were providing complementary at that time. Though the drink was priced significantly higher than the product that was in the offer, the rep without hesitation handed the drink to me. I was amazed, and asked him to pay the balance amount. And, he said with a smile - "nothing". He didn't even bother to get a nod from his manager. Really impressive! Anyway, at present, the food was delivered before the stipulated 45 minutes. Though, I was not there to receive, they didn't make a fuss or bother me with a call. They simply left it with the person who opened the door after checking my credentials.
