Pawan Koliwada — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

I am disappointed with the service I received from Pawan Koliwada Jangid circle one. They delayed their orders and they do not have any regret. I ordered food well in advance as my daughter had her class. After 40 mints of the order I called back to ckeck and the response was "We hv dispatched it and it is on the way will reach is 10 mints" and the time was 1:03 pm, and the time I ordered food was 12:23.pm. I called back at 1:22 pm and same reply. Called back at 1:42 this time I gt reply in 5 mints its abt to reach, i called back at 1:53 n he said 5 mints again n hung up abruptly and that was so rude. I was upset and unhappy with the service and wanted to cancel the order so called back 3 times and at look at Audacity no one answered the phone. I have been their regular customer fr them and this is how they treat u. My daughter class missed as she couldn't have lunch.and no apology and no call back from the restaurant. When the delivery boy called i asked to return and Pawan koliwada accepted to that as they knew its their fault. I will never ever order from them...

It is unfortunate that Google compulsorily forces me to rate this place as 1 star because if it were upto me, I wouldn't give this place a single star.

The food here is not good by any standards. We ordered a chicken tikka to just find bones inside it. Apart from that, the pieces were not well cooked and did not seem fresh. To sum it up, it was not edible at all. Upon complaining, the staff promised for an immediate refund which was given to us 3 days after, that too when we constantly followed up.

The customer service of this restaurant is bad too because they are never able to complete their tasks on a given time. The staff is rude and are not well trained.

I would not recommend this...

This is the second time it has happened that oedering food from Pawan Koliwada we have lost our appitite and trust. We ordered 2 plate chicken tikka for lunch today 10.06.2020, most of the pieces were burnt, rather charred. It seems like these guys are fooling people sending burnt food during this crisis. The worst is the packing it arrived in aluminium foil wrapped in a news paper. Last time we had ordered fish tikka and it was the same issue with the packing it was open.
