Worst staff worst administration manager has a very rude behaviour and he is Killing the business. Make sure u try other restaurants in the lane. Don't spoil ur mood by talking to the supervisor/manager if in case u visit this place,,, here is the my answer to your reply i NVR said I want spicy food, I explained to the person on the counter that I need less spicy food, thick gravry and for 2 person he is the one who suggested me chicken tikka masala nyways it's ur fault u should accept it no loss for me. I will still tell all the people around to avoid this place and I am no friends with other restaurants in that lane I have experienced all the restaurants since my childhood nobody speaks to the customer like this. This seems to be a good place for great food. I heared about it but visited for the 1st time. Well ambience is just normal with uncomfortable sitting arrangement. As it was a Sunday the place was crowded so the service was zero. Only one person serving on all 5 tables, Poor fellow. They have a lot of variety in momos and other stuff but unfortunately the waiter didn't know any details about the menu and we ended up ordering regular moms and a fried rice, which also took ages to come. We actually wanted to taste some more stuff but got no one to assist properly. Yes the food and presentation is excellent. Quantity is decent too... 9 out of 10 for food. I order Manchurian dry + Butter lachha paratha + cheese garlic naan. The restaurant delivered incomplete orders (without Butter lachha paratha + cheese garlic naan) and instead of owning their mistake they blamed on the zomato delivery guy.

Despite following up, they said they have video recording which shows they have included all the orders, when I requested for the recording as proof they stop receiving my calls and blatantly ignored me.

The restaurant not just exhibited bad service but a dishonest behaviour blaming their own short coming on the innocent Zomato delivery guy. This is the worst I have personally...
