KFC — Restaurant in Mizoram

I recently had a concerning experience with athis particular outlet. Typically, when I purchase the Wednesday bucket, the bill amounts will be around ₹700. However, this time I was charged extra for sauces, a bag, and a dessert, items which I did not order. Moreover, I was asked to make the payment via a personal UPI ID instead of through the official billing system.

When I questioned these additional charges, I was initially told that they were part of the offer and could not be separated. However, after showing them the actual prices listed online, they eventually acknowledged the mistake and refunded the excess amount.

My concern is not just about the overcharging, but about the lack of transparency and accountability . It’s disappointing to see such behavior, especially in a community that upholds strong ethical and religious values. I hope this feedback encourages better practices and more honest interactions...

Its the recently opened fourth kfc in Aizawl. I have been to all the kfc outlets here. Tried chizza for the first time though my usual order is ultimate savings and wednesday bucket. Chizza is a different cuisine and very tasty one.

Hope that this good taste will be maintained all throughout as most of the time the taste fades soon after the “newness” is gone. So its better to check with the cuisines in newly opened stores as the spice and taste will be finger-licking!

Though i had to go around several complaints and concerns over other kfc’s here earlier, i welcome this the newly opened kfc...

We ordered different items they serve only 2 ketchup so i request more, they give me with an attitude. Out of 2 dip sauce we brought they gave us 1 and i request the other one and gave me with an unpleasant facial expression. The hot wings we order was so plain there was no spice for flavor....Music was too loud. We request 2 cups of drinking water and they gave us only 1 cup. Is was a very bad experience and bad customer service. Their hospitality is zero... i might understand and let it slide if its crowded or they are super busy, but its not. They need to improve...
