MOM'S KITCHEN FOOD COURT & TAKE AWAY

Not even worth for 1 star.....I would give 0 star rather......worst restaurant and money minded....

I made a swiggy order of their best seller chicken friedrice on aug 18th to my workplace at 12 noon...

Gave special instructions to reduce oil....but entire rice was oily with dalda or sth...

Cutlery was asked but not sent

Quantity is okey and it was delivered hot..

But the moment when I took the first bite..felt rice was very sticky and oily..veggies had to be searched for...there's was just 5 small pieces bland chicken in the entire portion...rice was sticking into my fingers and it was soaky sort of....

Though I usually dont waste food...this was horrible....totally unpalatable and I had to threw away after taking 3 bites ....thats the maximum bites that u can take....

Previously moms kitchen was my first option whenever I was in cherthala... but not anymore ..n

How can somebody serve this unhealthy tasteless food for this money.....

Ordered porotta , beef pollichath, beef peper roast along with some other dishes in swiggy yesterday. Porotta was not well made...ottum adichittilaa..idhilm kuranja rateil idhilm nalla porotta thattu kadayil kitum.Also butter porotta and normal porotta was exactly the same. If your food tastes good then higher pricing is fine but here food was not upto the mark. Beef Pepper roast I bought for 300rs and the gravy that I bought for 26rs was delivered in the same tumbler. Quantity ottum illa. Pic is attached.

I used to order from you outlet before and I was very satsified. But now your quality and quantity of food has dropped a lot. Had a very disappointing experience. I will appreciate the number of variety foods you are providing but what use if it...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional and annoying. Service was incredibly slow, which made the visit frustrating. While the food tasted average at best, the hygiene was appalling. The water bottle they served wasn’t washed properly, and they didn’t even provide a straw for the juice.

When we requested them to turn on the tube light, they outright refused, saying it was only for nighttime use. The entire area, especially the washing area, was poorly lit and unwelcoming.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Their lack of attention to customer comfort and cleanliness will undoubtedly ruin your dining experience....
