Living far away from family meant I often turn to online cake orders for my parents' birthdays. None of the local bakeries really impressed us until we were introduced to Bake"O"holic. The very first cake we tried was their famous Indian Mithai cake, and it was a huge hit with the family. Everyone absolutely loved it. Ever since then, every birthday in our family is celebrated with a Bake"O"holic cake.

I wanted to introduce my parents to cheesecake, and since they love Indian Mithai flavors, we suggested the idea of a Thandai Gulabjamun cheesecake. Ruchita brought that idea to life, even though it was a new recipe for her. And, of course, she nailed it. My family loved it! Despite usually sticking to simpler cakes, Ruchita always manages to make them look elegant and beautiful. She's full of creative ideas and always exceeds our expectations in her designs and flavors.
