Good product is not always enough for customer satisfaction they doesn't have good working staff who behave in so bad manner with customers they attend customer in so unprofessional manner they talk to customers in so bad way and owner of the shop also support them they dont even seeing customer sharing there feedback but they think they are the best in it Or they doesn't think to improve. Unhygienic or worst packaging i taken parcel and it spoiled but they dont listen. we understand that faluda in paper glass dont stay long but your feedback have no value if u share u should use proper plastic packaging its good for liquid items but they dont listen to u there unprofessional staff talk to you in so bad manner like guily ka gunda they dont respect customers. U should once just keep eye on there hygiene you will forget to have good quality ice creams and( faluda specially). if they use bare hands front of customers with worst unhygienic way then think how product being made. The quality is top notch no doubt but i r Today date 22 may i order a falooda and my location from the outlet is just 10 min I order it at 12:27 and now it's 1:29 almost one hour to deliver a single falooda and when I called the person on call was talking so rudely I called him 3 time in intermissions and when I told him ki bhaiya it has been 45 min since the delivery has not arrived he yelled and said wait then he called the delivery guy and said where's he the delivery guy was far away from my location and still has not arrived since I called 20 min back , i like the taste and everything im buying stuff from u guys since 13 years and but this time A1 ice cream has disappointed me , genuinely don't need any refund or a coupon or apologies I just want that please behave kind and polite towards others as it shows the value of...
