Malabar Gold and Diamonds - Ghatkopar - Mumbai — Local services in Mumbai

I had a very bad experience today at Malabar Gold, i have been their loyal customer for years now & have suggested many of my friends about them but it seems they are also like other Local Jewellers in town. First some lady called me on 4-5 days back & told me to come & encash my scheme, i asked her couple of times that my scheme entitlement is on 20th Oct but she said thats fine you can come in 18th also & take by ornaments against your scheme. When we reached there today, we selected a bangle but they didn’t had size, i said i am fine with collecting right size after few days to which they said it will take 30-35 days & you will be charged making charges of delivery day. This was a big shocker which opened up about the scheme. I think Malabar gold not having size is their problem & when i am making payment today why should i be charged making charges as per delivery day. We were not left with much option but still we selected something which was as per size for which Salesmen First mentioned making charges as 14-% n later said 20%, one more trick of trapping n fooling customers came out. We left that n finalised some others n when i said for billing, after 2 hrs salesmen said we cannot do billing as scheme expires on 20th where as before starting conversation with hime he first took my scheme documents to check n then only we started looking for options. Malabar as a brand is great but I have had terrible experience with the branch only at Ghatkopar. We visited the store in November 23 to make a purchase, however the service by their staff was extremely disappointing. They do no take much interest in showing designs and their first response was negative, it was only when we insisted more the SA showed us more designs. But overall we were disappointed hence we went to branch in Thane and made a purchase there (great service at Thane). Now I make a second visit to Ghatkopar store in April 24 for a purchase again, legit the SA attended us and left us waiting for 10 minutes, we kept asking for her the staff told us she would come. But she never came. Finally we decided to walk off, only to see her attending another customer downstairs.it was extremely disappointing the way they managed.
