This restaurant, unfortunately, fails to meet even the basic standards expected of a dining establishment. In fact, street-side waiters often provide a better dining experience than what this restaurant offers. To add to the disappointment, not only are flies a persistent issue, but mosquitoes also join in, making for an uncomfortable and unpleasant dining atmosphere. It is disheartening when one's meal is marred by such unwanted companions.
Despite having an appealing facade, the restaurant's overall quality is severely lacking. The management, headed by Mr. Shetty, appears to take their customers for granted, neglecting important aspects of maintaining a clean and pest-free environment. It is crucial for restaurants to prioritize hygiene and customer satisfaction to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. However, this restaurant falls short in these fundamental areas, resulting in a less than desirable experience for patrons.
When choosing a dining establishment, it is important to consider various factors such as cleanliness, ambiance, and customer service. By settling for a restaurant that overlooks these aspects, diners are likely to be disappointed. It is advisable to explore alternative options that prioritize cleanliness, provide a pleasant ambiance, and value their customers. Such establishments are more likely to offer an enjoyable dining experience where customers can truly savor their meals without the disturbance of flies and mosquitoes.
In conclusion, this particular restaurant fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Street-side waiters often provide a more pleasant experience. Despite a visually appealing facade, the presence of flies and mosquitoes during dinner detracts from the overall enjoyment. The management, led by Mr. Shetty, seems to neglect these crucial aspects, taking customers for granted. The ratings are based on my last 4 visits, I am a local resident of the place where this place is situated, this place was previously known as Karkeras and the management of that was too good..
Now the Greenville took over this restaurant and after that my all visits has been worst at this place..
At my first visit, I was there with my in laws and they served me Punjabi dish with fried "fly" in it. When I asked management about that they didn't apologized and said we will replace the dish, but we didn't accept offer and wanted to see his kitchen.. The management refused to do so and asked for the payment of the food that we didn't eat there.. We refused to pay and left the restaurant
Then we had visited here again and ordered hydrabadi biryani, it was a good experience for us..
On our next visit we ordered the same, hydrabadi biryani. But this time we found hair in dish. Again there was no response from management, we demanded that we need to see that your kitchen staff is wearing shower cap while cooking or not.. Surprisingly they said no they do not.. We went from that place and manager apologized and didn't charged anything..
After meany months, on request of my friend I visited this place again and ordered a special thali.. As my appetite is small i told my friend to share.. And waht heppend next was really insulting.. 1st staff person came and said 'you can't share thali' I said ' I have paid for the food I have ordered I can share it" but they didn't listened so, we decided to mo ve from there and cancel...
Read moreI have been here several times in past 5 years. Whenever we used to visit Odeon for movie this used to be our lunch or dinner joint. It has been good if not best experience so far. This last week visit was after a very long time and we ordered paneer sabji and 3 roti noe the thi g is we found a piece of scrubber in sabji and we mentioned it to the Captain Mr.Shah ( bald guy ) and it was almost at the end of meal. So politely I waited for the Captains to come and also didnt let them clear the table. Upon asking him what is to be done he came and said we can give you entire sabji portion again responding to this I said I am done and can't eat anymore and since we are visiting you can offer your sabji on Friday when we come for dinner. He said ok and we politely left the place. Now coming back to our Friday visit moment we etched the restaurant Mr.Shah come to us and says we can only offer you 10% on your food bill where in we were just looking for our sabji replacement from last time and nothing more. But he began arguing and also his senior Mr.Yatrik who started his argument of not offering anything apart from 10%. It all heated up and we left and we will never o there. Anyways we were not looking for discount on full bill we were expecting our replacement that's it. I think the hotel is run by people who are business oriented first and not hospitality.
After my experience working with Army, Hotel, and Adventure I have learnt that being a good listener and then offer solution not never let the ego come in your way towards service. Is the...
