On 28th Feb we ordered a themed cake for our son's 13th birthday, which was the very next day. And as usual Bonnie's bakery were upto the mark in providing services to us. The Sales person not only accepted out order but also helped us with different designs and was very pleasant to talk to. Also gracefully accepted our ideas and requests for modifications and customizations. Understanding that we will be occupied on the day of celebration he offered us home delivery of the cake. Which I felt was very thoughtful of him. Now that's what I call Customer service. Now the main part..the taste of the cake...Well we all loved it and the kids who came for our son's birthday loved it too. They all enjoyed it as they asked for another round of the delicacy. I don’t often write reviews but its high time with Bonnie's now. This place is purely overpriced & is just surviving because of the aesthetics. Bonnie’s bakery used to be my go to for like years, usually used to travel all the way to mulund for their cakes. They recently hiked their price for all their cakes and pastries, here’s one example: lotus biscoff cheesecake from ₹150 to direct ₹230 in no time, i can understand as it used to cover up for the quality they offered. Off-lately I feel they’re compromising on the quality and even the quantity is much lesser now. The staff lacks training. Nobody bothers to greets. Staff are focused in their mobile-phone’s. This is just not with the ghatkopar outlet but also the other original outlet in sai dham, mulund. You’ve lost a decade-long-loyal customer...
