Apsara Ice Creams — Restaurant in Mumbai

I heard about this outlet of apsara ice cream from my friend soo I personally wanted to try the ice creams here as the first impression made by my friend in my mind was "the ice creams there taste yummy". So I finally visited this place. Talking about the location is quite good near from western express Highway. Soo if you crave for ice cream at this location here you gooo! The outlet has newof flavours and mark my words you will definitely get confused like what to order. The ice creams as categorised as such.

6. Pani Puri patakha :- As my friend Foodaastiic! 👅 suggested this sorbet to me, I was extremely curious to try it and the sorbet itself stand of expectations. A actual flavour of Pani Puri was into it and yes they GARNISHED the sorbet with crushed puri's which gave it a nice twist of crunchiness.
7. Asli Alphonso:- You can actually feel the actual taste of mango into it! Extremely delicious and creamy in texture which was actually good as you take a bit and place it into your mouth it use to get melt.
8. Pan pasand:- while eating this ice Cream you can actually feel like you are having a "mitha pan " in the form of ice cream . There were chunks of sauf which was quite amazing as you would get a feel of having actual ice cream.
9. Blueberry cheesecake:- A flavour of ICECREAM I tried for the first time and yes it was amazing. The creaminess of the ice cream was upto the mark and I loved it!
10. Fanky farrero :- It was good and had chunks of nuts into it which was amazing. The ice tasted good and actually felt like having Ferrero Rocher. Talking about the overall experience was amazing a must visit outlet I must say as the ice cream here are just sooo...

So I went there with my son yesterday after lunch for some ice-cream of which I had heard rave reviews about. When we reached there it was totally empty, me and my son being their only customers. I ordered chocolate for my son and requested a tasting of their famous pani puri flavour. To my utter shock this family of four who walked in just then (after me) was not only given a taste of the famous pani puri but at least 6-8 other flavours. I was left waiting not only till the time they tasted all the specials but were also served before me which left a bitter taste in my mouth before even tasting their ice creams. I did request them later if they were free and ready to take my order to which the person at the cash counter replied, "array madam kabse khadi hai" as if I was invisible till then. Even till here I was ok and ready to let go. But once I sat down to have my delayed overrated ice cream scoops the cheap jokes that were cracked within the staff themselves left a much bitter after taste. They were totally ignorant of a child and woman being present there. Expecting decency out of this inefficient staff (immature boys) was a big mistake. A bigger mistake was to visit this overrated ice cream parlour. Doesn't make you feel like an Apsara at all.

Kandivali East outlet is a small cozy place with great ambience and what's more cool is that they have a swing at the entrance. Pretty!

Tried the following items:

Guava glory - Could feel the real taste of guava with a touch of chilly flavour. A worthy try in the frutilicious section.

Shahi dawat - Launched in the month of Ramazan this flavour is a fusion of Gulkhand, Anjeer, Khajoor and Kismis. Quite a royal flavour! Highly recommended!

Panipuri Pathaka - Pani Puri lovers should go for this one! Topped with crushed Puri, this one is a pure delight for chat lovers.

Cookies N Cream - I am bigtime Oreo lover and therefore this was a must try for me. Bits of Oreo fused in icecream and the resultant is yummylicious!
