Apsara Ice Creams — Restaurant in Mumbai

We have been loyal customers of Apsara Ice Cream, regularly visiting the Vile Parle branch. Recently, we decided to visit the Andheri East branch twice and were impressed with the ambiance. However, our experience was completely ruined by the behavior of one of the staff members.

Despite ordering and enjoying more than 12 ice creams between the three of us over 45 minutes to an hour, we were subjected to rude and insulting behavior by a staff member with curly hair, tall in height, and fair skin tone. He told us, "This is not KFC or McDonald's to sit," and even suggested that if we had a problem, we should not visit the shop. This was a major insult, especially since there were no other customers in the shop at the time.

We have always celebrated our friendship at Apsara and have never been disappointed until now. The behavior of this staff member was unacceptable and a major letdown. Other staff members have always been polite and professional, but this experience was extremely disappointing. We hope this issue is...

cons: •though it is easily reachable, first timers may have difficulty in finding it. •the service was good but the tables were a bit messy and dirty. i didn’t expect them to be clean as new but the litter should be trashed. •the place is a bit SMALL and there is a lot of difficulty when crowded. •many flavours aren’t present and you have to choose from the FEW that are available. •I wasn’t able to get shakes though there were plenty on the menu. •It is more EXPENSIVE than the competitors and for what it...

At entry you feel it's small but as you enter inside they have made a chill or say cozy ambience with sofa sittings, and all colour combinations around there logo which was totally going and making the place vibrant. As we look into there flavours, we got so confused as there were plenty and plenty of different flavours, you can taste a spoon first and select your flavour what you what like to have. We tried Belgian bites, pan pasand and blueberry cheesecake. All were great, but I liked the Belgian bites more. Can visit with group or alone. Will definitely be visiting this...
