Hotel Better Home International — Hotel in Mumbai

Don't every consider this hotel.

This is one of the worst hotel I stayed in my lifetime. They treated me like I am staying at free of cost. And these people are doing "Fraud" and "Hawala" by not giving any invoice.

1. Asked for the money before check-in. For which, I agreed but he was not ready to give any invoice for the same.

2. Assured that invoice will be given after 30 mins. No response

3. Assured me again in the morning during the checkout at 5 AM. that he will provide the pdf invoice at 9 AM. No response again

4. I called 20 to 30 times now to follow up on the invoice. No single person pick up the landline and mobile number which was given

5. They were not accepting any card although machine is available. They forced me to pay through CASH. Foe which, I told him I can pay through Gpay since I was not carrying cash.

6. I have all digital proof that I paid him through Google pay.

I am planning to complain about this fraud to consumer court and Central government.

Coming to service, no Towels were provided and telephone was not working to reach them. I stayed for 6 hours only for one night sleep. The room was full of insects and AC was not working.

PLEASE DONT EVER CONSIDER THIS HOTEL...

Though I only used the Hotel for short stay - Shower and get ready for a business day and a short nap before I headed for an international flight||||The Hotel is Very Clean and Comfortable with very updated and modern rooms which does not appear from its exterior or its name.||||The rooms were recently renovated and large for Mumbai (Enough Room to open luggage and move around) and also the bathrooms were new and plush ||Clean laundry clean linen and over all a very good clean hotel - good for Business Travel and also for Family||||For Breakfast it is attached to a 3rd Party Restaurant within the hotel premises but the selection of menu is elaborate and can cater to all. ||||Andheri is a Large Business District and the hotel is very conveniently located (Short 2 min walk) from Mumbai Metro, Mumbai Local, Central Railways (National Train) and also a short distance away from Airport (15 Min Ride)||||Metro can enable you to cross over to Eastern Express way to Gahtgopar if you have to visit / work in Navi Mumbai / Vashi / CBD...

We came to Mumbai to do some wedding shopping and booked two double rooms with breakfast included, for 5nights.

I must say staff were very friendly and helpful as they sorted out any problems we had.

Both rooms were very clean (no smells, thank god), Ac was working (great as it was warm), regular hot water and the beds weree soo comfortable. The beds were huge i mean you could easily fit 3 adults.

Best thing was the food, we always looked forward to breakfast, there was idli sambar, dosa, mendhu wada, hot masala tea and other things too. They also have a restaurant where a couple of nights we ate there and the foood wass greatt.

Highly recommend this place, its 15minutes drive away from the hotel, theres a hsbc bank not too far away by tuk tuk where you can withdraw money.

I guess the only thing id say they needed is an international atm machine.

Definitely coming...
