The reason we go outside to eat is to get effortless service and tasty food, none of this was available at this place. When I entered the restaurant, no one came to ask regarding how many people and where the seat is available and at the entry of the restaurant you will find a lot of people standing and covering the entry to go inside. Staff was not at all welcome, seeing them felt like they were forced to do a job there and not at all happy. No one was at the table to take the order later when the guy came we asked them what is your speciality and what we shall try, he was not able to answer. They had the different staff for ordering and serving and another for picking the plates. So, no one came to pick the plate and the serving staff started serving in the same plate in which we had a starter and also above the starter for which I asked him to stop and do not serve any further. They were not aware of the menu and any dish that they can recommend. Due to all this my mood was already spoiled so we started our food with the half mood, maybe the food can change my mood.
The following dish we ordered : Veg Manchurian - After eating this we decided not to order any more starters and shall proceed with the main course, as instead of Manchurian balls the pieces were flat like Aloo bhajji and there was too much soy sauce in the Manchurian.
Veg seekh kabab - We wanted to try something new in veg so we thought of this, we chose the wrong place to try a new dish. First the quantity can only serve 2 people, The waiter did not update us on this then we realised it was too less but then we did not want to order further in this restaurant so we called for a check.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI do not like to write this kind of review but I do need to share my experience. Pallavi has been very old pure veg restaurants around and it is the most busiest and unfortunately my experience was not that great. Ordered Paneer Sixty Five and to my disappointment was not able to gulp it down my throat. The spice was tasting raw, could literally taste the chilli, powder and turmeric. Not cooked well and overall the taste was not to the point. Followed by this ordered a Veg Handi Biryani and yet another disappointment. This was so sweet as if by mistake ordered a pungent dessert. Surely not a memorable experience. The service was equally pathetic. No one was bothered or even paying attention. And even after sharing the food experience the service boy said āaise hi hota haiā. Will never visit again and not recommending this place either. I wanted to genuinely leave my feedback here. 2 stars becuz I sat at this place and there was food served on my plate. Else even a 1...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHaphazard manner of selling First one has to go respective counter where the person at the end of the counter would take the order and jot it down on a piece of paper.one has to then go to cash counter and make payment. The cash counter person stamps that piece of paper.one is expected to take the stamped paper to the respective counter and only after such procedure is followed one gets the food items delivered. Such procedure is chaotic and consumes lots of time. It takes 5-10 minutes of waiting time only to make the staff at the counter take notice of you and jot your order on a piece of paper. It takes another 5 minutes to pay cash at the cash counter. Further 5-10 minutes for the the same personnel to pack your order.
Rude staff Most of the time staff personnel are busy packing the sweets in boxes and are generally not interested in taking the orders. At times they are rude...
