Ayaz's - The Kebab Place — Restaurant in Mumbai

Food- 2/5- the stuff we ordered was nothing like the pictures look like. We ordered reshmi tikka roll and it was really bad, taste wise some weird sauce was put in that roll that made it bitter and it was not filled at all, it was also falling apart. Mutton rogan gosht was decent and the rotis were also good.

Ambience- 1/5- when we got inside the restaurant, only one fan was on and it was this tiny suffocating place, AC wasn't working and we had to ask the waiters 3-4 times to fix the issue not be sweating, in the end we had to just open the windows. No tissue papers were there in any table, folks spoons nothing was served. Tables were unclean with food previously eaten on them. Honestly, the price is really high for the offering provided. Just go to some good cafe like Woodside kitchen (it's just next to this place) where you can sit in a great environment.

Service- 3/5 service was okayish not good not bad but it kinda seemed like even they themselves are not interested in running the restaurant, it was manageable tho.

I wonder how they got the award for the best kebab place as this is one of the worst places I've visited. What are you guys charging us for? For this service your prices should be much lower. Don't visit this place...

I recently visited this place for a meal and I have to say, it's a lovely spot to enjoy some fresh air while eating! The seating outside is fantastic, with a great view from the top. Perfect for those who want to enjoy their food while soaking in some beautiful surroundings. 😍

However, the only downside was the air conditioning. I feel like it could have been a bit better. It was a bit warm at times, especially since I sat outdoors, but that didn’t really ruin the vibe.

Now, let's talk food – which was amazing! 😋 The quality of the dishes is definitely top-notch. I had the Mutton Bheja Fry, and oh my god, it was super flavorful! The spices were just right, and the meat was tender and juicy. Definitely a must-try! 🐑🔥

On the flip side, I ordered the Chicken Shahi Tikka as well. While the taste was decent, I felt the portion was a little on the smaller side compared to what I expected. It was good, but not enough to leave me fully satisfied. 🍗😕

All in all, it’s a great place to visit if you're in the mood for some delicious food, lovely views, and a chill atmosphere. I just hope they work on improving the AC a bit! 😅

Not a good experience being here. Might be having good kebab's I don't know but, when we ordered Kepsa biryani what we got was just fried rice served on chicken pieces. When we asked the owner about this, he said "mere idar aisa he Kepsa banta hai and started showing us YouTube videos on how Kepsa is prepared. Is this how you treat your customers? I would not recommend anyone...
