We went with few friends late evening and ordered the following 2 masala fries Caramel frappe Cold coffee Hot chocolate coffee Bourbon shake

I have been to other branches of this brand and they are far more better in terms of quality of food. Masala fries were nothing but patato chips and not the fries on checking with the store manager he said “Yes, fries were over so we made it with normal patato” that was shockingly hilarious. Post that I went near the food making area and found none of the staff was wearing mask nor gloves!!! That’s so scary.

Caramel frappe was made with milk and couple of drops of vanilla flavour. I had to tell the store manager please don’t make other items if you don’t have raw materials. He also wasn’t aware of the inventory and was checking with the chef (who wasn’t wearing mask) if there are enough things. However they were still accepting all orders and making fool of people.

Quality is the primary thing for making the business successful. I am sorry to say but this brand is going to fail very soon because of such outlets.
