Flavours of China — Restaurant in Mumbai

Although food is good, service is pathetic and very arrogant.

We ordered chicken green Thai curry rice and asked how much time it will take. The one who took order said 15 to 20 minutes. We reached there in 25 minutes and surprise was waiting. Order was not ready as chef was not available. We said fine, no problem, deliver it at my place.

We got delivery and another surprise, it was normal Thai green rice.

After checking on phone, guy said your madam ordered only chicken green Thai fried rice. I repeatedly said it's wrong. I said I will not place any order and arrogantly he said...

Very good food and quality. Loved the flavours. Very authentic Chinese oriental food Veg 5 spice rice amazing. Burnt garlic noodles just like you want it. Veg manchurian very well balances flavours. Most places in mumbai the manchurian smells of bad oil and cornflour is too much. But here this was not there I also orders chicken black pepper gravy. Super soft chicken pieces. I finally found a good Chinese joint. With decent sitting space. It is a rare find in Mumbai. Will keep visiting and keep ordering from here. Chefs are also from UP, bengal and other locations...

Last week I had gone to have Dinner with my friend we had called for Main Course Veg Thai Green Curry with Steam Rice. The Curry was fully Watery. I think the Chef did not know how to cook it & I think he has not even used Coconut Milk Powder for the Thickness of the Curry. On the top the curry for Garnish the chef had pur Chilli Flakes. I would request the Owner if the Chef does not know how to cook the Thai Curry then please do remove it from the Menu. As my Bill was Rs. 892/- which is Steep. Hope the Client gets Value for money. Hope someone looks into...
