Bought a Black Forest cake for my sons bday. After cutting while eating I found a strand of long lady’s hair in my piece. It was disgusting. It means no hygiene was being maintained at the production point. No skull caps were being used in these Covid times. Called them up and complained. But the damage was done. Very courteous staff and hygienic but not much of Variety in Goregaon shop.. Was a big fan of this chain.. Have tried Santacruz and Lokhandwala outlet but considering the situation it is doing good .but there are better options like Huckleberry and Cakes and More in the same lines few...
