My sister had placed an order or two cakes , one for my birthday and one for hers. It was made very clear on what is that we want for each of the cakes. They were given photos , were informed about what fillings and creams are wanted, what design they should be. I had talked to chelf i believe his name to be Prashant multiple times on what I want for my cake. I wanted a French cream not butter cream, and while booking this cake he was quite persuasive that I choose butter cream and I had a similar experience a few years ago so I didn’t want butter cream i was sort of just pressured / convinced into getting butter cream , i believe that they don’t know how to work with any other creams . They should inform about their lack of skills rather than take the order and just ruin someone’s day. The fillings for my cake were strawberry purée but it was so sticky that would just assume that it’s glue. And do not get me started on the taste. My family almost threw up coz how bad it was , it tasted like expired dark chocolate . For the amount they charge one you expect a top quality product with great customer service . At least the person I talked to on the phone was nice . The chef is just tiring to deal with . Then he wanted to compensate with a few pastries and a bento cake . Mind you I paid thousands of rupees , pre ordered well in advance and it was for my birthday which was already an irritating day coz of these people. And honestly I’d just let that money go to waste , than take their compensation pastries as I think they’d be just as awful if not more. And my sister’s cake also had a huge color mistake . Just don’t order from here idk why they have such good reviews coz each cake I had placed an order to them had...

A particularly frustrating incident involved my order of Earl Grey tea, placed at 11 am but delivered over two hours later, at 1:15 pm. Even more distressing was the quality of the tea itself—oversteeped to the point of bitterness, indicating a complete disregard for basic preparation standards.

To compound matters, my family’s attempts to voice similar concerns via 1-star reviews were allegedly censored, reflecting a troubling lack of transparency and respect for customer feedback. This behavior erodes trust and speaks volumes about the establishment’s priorities.

In conclusion, my experience at this place was marked by inadequate service, unprofessional conduct, and disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment until significant improvements are made in service quality, customer relations, and overall...

I visited your store on Friday evening where you informed me that you were offering a 15% disc on orders for Saturday and Sunday especially for Runwal Greens residents. Likewise i ordered a cake with you on WA and you have not offered me this discount. On asking , you had no answers and you said you would check with the chef and you told me that it was on store visit only...so why was this not informed to me clearly? In that case I would have not ordered only keeping in mind your cakes are overpriced. And since you asked me for the feedback on the macarons though they look perfect they are just ok and not so robust in terms of flavor. I noticed the yellow macaron had too much green food color on it making it taste very artificial and my hands were full of the color while eating making it not so pleasant......
