Today, some guest had arrived with out any notice. They were the biryani lovers. Hence we decided to order from Biryani by KILO. The delivery was quick and packing was extra ordinary. Along with the food they provided hand cleanser. This shows the management care towards our safety in covid.

We ordered: Rara Mutton Biryani: BBK is the pioneer of fresh dum cooked handi biryani. For every order they serve you the freshly cooked Biryani. Long grained basmati rice was dum cooked with mutton, spices in a sealed handi. It was served with continental candle and a clay stand to pre heat the biryani. It was also served with gravy and rita. It was very delicious.

Mutton Galouti Kebab: Galouti means the things that melts in the mouth and that is what this kebab did in our mouth. The minced lamb meat was marinated in a mixture prepared by grinding ginger, garlic, coconut, cloves, cinnamon and red chillies. It was served with green chutney and onions. It was so yummy that it simply vanished from our plates quickly.

Matka Phirni: Phirni is one of the most famous dish of Hyderabad. It is a classy dessert made with finely ground rice, gently simmered in a sweetened milk mixture and allowed to set. It was served in an earthen pot. It was tasty.

I had tried Biryani from Biryani by kilo. They have innovative way to serve biryani. They serve Biryani in Handi. They provide Aanch with it so you can heat up handi and enjoy hot biryani.

So I ordered Hyderabadi Veg Biryani. They served it in Handi. It was great experience to have such amazing biryani in such unique way. Rice was of fine quality and quantity wise it was good enough for 3-4 persons. Taste was mind blowing. Rating 5 Stars

Paneer Nawabi Best. It was served in Handi as well. It had creamy gravy with freshly made Paneer pieces. Spices were so perfect that you won't find it less or more spicy. Rating 5 Stars

I ordered- 🍽 1/2 kg chicken biryani - Served in a mutka with dum. Royal in taste and perfect cooked. In case you want to heat it up for later consumption, the biryani mutka is served with a extra pot with candles in it. This is a crazy idea.

🍽 Ulte tawe Ka Parantha - large parantha. Goes well with galouti.
