Theobroma Foods Pvt Ltd — Restaurant in Mumbai

Been a Theobroma customer for about 2 years. Had pre ordered a red velvet cake for my son's birthday and must say the cake was just pathetic. Every person (about 7 of them) who had served themselves the cake had thrown it into the bin. Only thing which was worse than the cake was the service of Theobroma customer service. He was least bit bothered to hear me out and just kept saying it was a special order and he checked with the kitchen who validated that everything was fine about the cake. I had to politely tell the customer service agent when he was explaining that the cake is ment to be a bit sour because of the cheese and thats when i had to politely intervene and explained to him that I work in the hospitality industry from last 23 years and I think I know a bit about cakes. He asked me to send pictures of the cake and my question to it was and how will that help. He then said he will have the cake picked up from my house and have it lab checked.
