This outlet serves the Authentic Thai and Japanese Food. So when people think about this not many of are fan but i suggest you to visit this place and surely it will change your mind.
✔️ Ambience - There is outside sitting with vibrant colors decor and inside sitting. As the name Blue's Kitchen there is blue lightning which can be seen in night but we visited in the afternoon. So we went inside and there was sitting for approx 20 people. There was certificate of awards on the left and idols on the right side. . For Ambience 9/10
✔️ Hospitality - The staff was well behaved and knowledgeable about the best seller and taste also and what are the spices and ingredients used for making that dish. They were friendly and even the manager also recommended the best dishes and what should we try. We go with their suggestions and it didn't disappoint. . For Hospitality 9.5/10
✔️ Food - So we decided to give it try to veg dishes because authentic Thai and Japanese food mostly are nom veg and they are good but to maintain that in veg that's the different story. So we gone with the suggestion of outlet staff and order Wild Mushroom Dimsum, Crunchy Avocado Maki Roll, Blue Fried Rice, Veg Katsu Japnese Curry and Sticky Mango Rice. . Wild Mushroom Dimsum - One of the best dimsum i had in recent times. They were hot, mushroom perfectly blended with spices and as soon as you put in the mouth they were so soft. It was delightful. MUST-TRY. 5/5 . Crunchy Avocado Maki Roll - This was type of sushi. Rice as coating, avocado in middle. Frankly speaking I don't like avocado that much but when i tried it i never thought it will taste so good. It was so good with wasabi and soy sauce. MUST-TRY. 5/5 . Blue Fried Rice - This was the dish every indian know that can't be gone wrong. So it was the same fried rice but in blue color. RECOMMENDED. 4/5 . Veg Katsu with Japanese Curry - I will never forget the taste of curry which was served. The big bowl of Rice, Veggies covered in batter & fried and thick curry with peas and veggies in it. It was the best dish i had. MUST-TRY. 5/5 . Mango Sticky Rice ( Dessert ) - Alphonso Mango cut served with sticky rice and coconut milk spread on that. The combination was good and really liked it. MUST-TRY. 5/5. . For Food 10/10

Read moreBlues kitchen got our attention the other day we were in Lokhandwala. Cited just in the opposite lane of infinity mall this place serves some amazing japanese and Thai food.
To start off we had thai veg spring roll in appetizer, it was crisp and crunchy spring rolls having thin noodles filling which was sauteed in soy sauce and few other veggies. Would highly recommend this one as its stellar! Also tried the signature blue fried rice which was pure bliss and totally instagrammable. The taste was pretty good and it had generous portions of chicken in it. The quantity served is suffice to fill ones stomach. We also had green thai curry and phad khee mow noodles. The thai curry had rich texture and dense flavor of coconut milk and lemongrass. It was served with sticky Jasmine rice. Pure bliss! The thai curry is something you shouldn't think of missing on to. The noodles were fabulous and had midly spiced flavor to it. It had lots of veggies like broccoli , baby corn , mushrooms etc. It was scrumptious and the flat noodles were cooked just perfect having that perfect bit you would expect without being soggy at all.
Blues kitchen by loima is definitely worth the try and tantalise you taste buds with the authentic thai and japanese offerings.
The ambience of this place is quite subtle and minimal. Has indoor 4 tables and outdoors couple of tables to dine in. Has good Atmosphere over all. They have open kitchen concept where you can easily witness that the level of hygiene and safety practices are simply outstanding. If you are around Lokhandwala and want to satisfy your cravings for thai food then surely check...

Wanted to visit this restaurant since quite a while finally visited.
So we went for a early dinner here and had the entire restaurant to ourselves. The place is located in Andheri West (Mumbai) near City Mall. It has a small AC section and a few tables in outdoor seating too. The Ambience in the AC section is well made and gives you the whole Thai/Japanese vibes. . Coming to the food, the menu has a huge spread of dishes and you would be totally confused as to what should you order but thanks to Mr.Mohsin who helped us with selection of dishes and had good knowledge of the menu. We tried 2 veg dishes: Crunchy Avocado Maki Rolls: This was delicious and filling prolly one of the biggest sized sushi I have eaten and taste was good as well. But I have eaten better sushi at other restaurants too. But incase if you want a place to try veg sushi you can definitely try it here 3/5
Veg Katsu with Japanese Curry: This was definitely a happy surprise for us, as it was unique and delicious. Veg Katsu means fried veggies along with Japanese Curry which again had carrots and peas and potatoes. We were again happy with this dish and was very filling too. 4/5
